When will my order be baked & dispatched?


All our Gorgeous Goodies products are freshly baked to order. UK Postal Delivery Please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch from the day you place your order. If a specific date is required please contact us to discuss your requirements. Local Collection / Delivery (Wybers Wood area, Grimsby) Please allow 1-3 working days from the day you place your order. If a specific date is required please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will contact you when your order is ready, to arrange a suitable time for collection or delivery. Collection Times Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm Saturday: 9am - 12pm Please note we do not offer collection on Sundays.




What are my delivery options?


At this time we are only able to offer delivery within the UK Mainland. At Gorgeous Goodies we know just how important it is that your order is delivered intact and on time. Depending on the weight and size of your order, the courier we use may vary. Your delivery will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or DPD Next Day, depending on size and weight of your order. The delivery service we use is at our discretion so that your order is delivered to you perfectly.
If we use DPD you will receive an email or SMS message (if mobile number supplied) of the estimated arrival of your order to make sure you are home when it arrives. If a specific date is required please contact us to discuss your requirements. We are, however, unable to guarantee this. Please bear in mind that orders placed towards the end of the week may not arrive until the beginning of the following week. UK Postal Delivery FREE 1 working day delivery aim* from dispatch *Once orders are dispatched the delivery day is beyond our control due to the courier or busy periods of the year (e.g. Christmas). We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible! ALL orders will require a signature to be successfully delivered. However, due to Covid-19, both Royal Mail and DPD are operating contactless deliveries. Local Collection (Wybers Wood, Grimsby) FREE ALL collections from my address will be contactless.




Do you cater for events & larger orders?


Yes absolutely!! We are more than happy to accommodate larger orders for Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate Events or any occasion. We can send up to 4 boxes per shipment with UK Postal Delivery - if more than 4 boxes are required these will be sent in separate shipping boxes. As all Gorgeous Goodies products are handmade to order it can take us up to a week before dispatch to freshly bake and fulfill larger orders, so please bear this in mind when ordering. Please drop us an email / phone call before ordering, and we will discuss your requirements.




Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?


All orders received before 1pm will be baked fresh that afternoon for despatch the following morning. Unfortunately if we have started baking we will not be able to change or cancel your order. Please contact us ASAP after ordering. All orders received after 1pm will not be baked until the following morning so this will be no problem.




My order has arrived damaged.  What happens?


If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging etc & contact us via support@gorgeous-goodies.co.uk or through our Contact Page.




What is your returns policy?


We pride ourselves in producing and sending out Gorgeous Goodies every time. In the unlikely event that you aren't 100% satisfied, we are more than happy for you to return them to us within 7 working days. This will, however, be at your expense. Please do not hesitiate to get it touch via the Contact Page or via support@gorgeous-goodies.co.uk before sending any orders back and we will discuss why you're not 100% happy with our products.




Do your products contain allergens?


Yes. All of our brownies contain Milk, Soya, Wheat & Eggs. Any additional allergens are listed in bold on the product pages. We are more than happy to discuss any dietary requirements that you may have. Please contact us via the Contact Page or via support@gorgeous-goodies.co.uk before ordering.




How do you use & store my information?

Do you offer a gift wrap service?


Not at the moment unfortunately. You are more than welcome to send any Gorgeous Goodies order as a gift. A ribbon and optional gift card will be added to the product box. If you add a message in the space provided before adding to your shopping basket we will write out a gift tag on your behalf, place it in an envelope and attach it to your order. If you would like to personally hand out your gift & write your own message, please leave the message section blank - we will then send the gift wrapped box & blank gift tag to you. If you are sending directly to the recipient, please ensure that you enter their details on the Shipping Address section, but your details on the Billing Address section. Otherwise the automated confirmation emails will be sent to the recipient.




How long will brownies keep?


Our brownies and blondies should keep for a good week after baking if kept in an air tight container. They're also extremely gorgeous if kept in the fridge (they become even more fudgey mmm!). They will also freeze wonderfully for up to 1 month. Just tightly double wrap in cling film, and defrost in the fridge for a couple of hours when you're craving a gorgeous treat!
